Wordle me
I know I'm a bit late in discovering and playing with Wordle, but I just have to say that I'm throughly amused. Here's the wordle that I created by selecting and pasting all the text off my about page.

That's so much fun! I can't wait to share it with the teachers. I think I'll make posters for books, images to go behind the "reports" who advertise books on the morning announcements, bookmarks, images for newsletters, etc. Wow! (Here's the one I made for "Uglies" by Scott Westerfield http://wordle.net/gallery/wrdl/30925/Uglies )
Also, teachers can use Wordle to decorate their rooms after we put the printout through the poster-making machine. Math teachers could have words about geometry on board and other math concepts on other boards. Teachers could use this on their Word Wall.
My children can type a few words in about a gift they received, then use the Wordle as a thank you card.
