Cat Herself said...: A lot of people give lip service to the idea of "freedom to make mistakes" but I propose that, even more than just "freedom" you really need "rewards" for taking enough risks that you make mistakes. I know, it seems counter-intuitive, but rewards for mistakes could actually be a good thing.; 7:27 AM
